When placing an order please ensure that the billing and shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect your order after dispatched.
See return and exchange policy below. To start a return you always need to contact: hello@crowdcph.com for confirmation. You need to provide CROWD CPH with valid tracking number before shipping. All expenses concerning returns are held by the customer who starts the return.
CROWD Cph has a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days to request a return or an exchange.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Then you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind the transaction can take up to 7 bank days to process and post the refund.
All shipping expenses / costs will be covered by the you / the customer. Please remember to make a request before sending items back.
If you want to exchange your purchase, you have to make the exchange request no later than 5 days after you have received the order. You have to notify CROWD Cph team of your exchange here: hello@crowdcph.com
